Active in the housing industry for over 12 years building custom homes, Mr. Stainton changed his focus from building homes to selling real estate in 2008. In 2010 Gregory signed with Keller Williams Sonoran Living, a company that personifies solid corporate ethics, and began working with the top producing team in his office. With his extensive background building homes, Mr. Stainton is able to better understand and help his customers find homes that fit their lifestyle. His building experience also helps him work with investors in understanding the nuances of investment buying in Maricopa. Committed to his customers and community, Mr. Stainton believes in open communication, prompt follow up, creating deals that present a win- win for all parties involved, and above all listening to his customers’ needs. Outside of real estate, Mr. Stainton is actively involved in the Tempe Diablos, a philanthropic organization which devotes their time and energy to promoting, organizing and supporting community-based programs, with a focus on youth and education in Tempe.
